Is it really less manageable? Surveys are showing that Millennials drink less than Gen X, and Gen Z drinks less than the Millennials. Or do you think that the drinking culture that's out there is getting more extravagant... or something?
Maybe they are drinking less days, but when they do drink it seems to get ripped rightly. I mean, they have a name for mixing up a gallon jug that you drink yourself all night.

Yeah, but they didn't invent Edward 40 Hands (duct-taping 40 ounce beers to each of your hands, and not being allowed to take them off until they're empty) or Hour of Power (taking a shot of alcohol, usually beer, every minute for an hour) or a host of other stupid things.

I suspect terrible choices with alcohol began immediately after someone tried to drink the first accidentally fermented agricultural product.

Im not saying they invented binge drinking, just they have not abandoned the idea.

That's not really evidence that it's getting more unmanageable, though. But if it truly is doing so, it's the boomers who are probably at fault since they're the ones who are binging at higher rates:

Darn Baby Boomers. Ruining inebriation for everyone else...

I really wish folks would stop with the generation blaming game. This conversation really didn't have to go here.
