Well, I guess that's what I get for thinking I could find rational discussion and cooperative effort on the internet.

I have approximately three Zoomer friends, but they're all shockingly skilled, smart, and deeply moral people. They're still kids, but they impress the hell out of me.

Coincidentally one of them just texted me for some career advice. Help evaluating a decision between a job making slightly more than I've ever made in my life and living in Berlin, or making significantly more than I've ever made and being back in the US. I told them I'm not sure I'm in a position to give THEM career advice, but I'd give it a shot.

Is it really less manageable? Surveys are showing that Millennials drink less than Gen X, and Gen Z drinks less than the Millennials. Or do you think that the drinking culture that's out there is getting more extravagant... or something?

Is it possible that pot is replacing drinking as it becomes more accessible and legal? We have dispensaries all over here. And while baby boomers and gen X are no strangers to it, it seems very popular with younger people

I will say the bars in Boston still seem like they are busy.

Personally I don’t drink and feel it has been beneficial not to. If you get people are drinking less by choice that may be a good thing health wise (especially if they are binge drinking less)
