For sure. My wife is from Genova and they have some excellent Napoli style pizzerias there as well. Roma was probably the most diverse place in Italy for food, at least in my experience. You could basically find anything there.I don't take seriously people who get offended about what other people eat. Yes, I'm aware that this is a very common trait here in Italy.
BTW, it is possible to get some quite good "Napoli" style pizza here in Rome.
