I definitely don't see Gith happening - way too niche and seldom played. They make sense in an adventure setting like Spelljammer. Goblins are pretty ubiquitous; I wouldn't be surprised at all if they showed up. In fact, I'm more surprised that they aren't already a lock. I would put Genasi somewhere between the two; they are getting fairly popular and work in a lot of settings.

Elsewhere I have predicted that Assassin will be dropped from the PHB and put into the DMG with other "evil" classes, such as the Oathbreaker.

(It also lets them steath-retract what is I think is the weakest of the rogue subclasses, at least in terms of fulfilling its thematic promise.)
IF they do that, I hope they give us 12 whole "Evil" subclasses - one for every class - or it's just not fair. (Whine and stomp my feet).

Shush. This is Enworld, where we will cram as many distinct options as we can into a single thing. Next week, we'll discuss how dwarves, gnomes, halflings and kender should all be on species with each lineage determining your starting cantrip...
Gnomes, halflings and kender arguably should be subraces of a single ancestry ...

Rogue was confirmed in an earlier video to be getting the Soul Knife subclass update as well, so one of those Rogue Subclasses might be out andSoul Knife in or the subclasses numbers got increased. Or something else.
My guess is that the DMG is gonna get a number of villainous subclasses, like how the 2014 PHB had death cleric and oathbreaker, and that assassin will be among them this time (as well as necromancer).

I don't think that this list is exhaustive. I'm sure we'll see a balance pass at spells. I just hope that the ones we've seen in the UAs are not the only spells that have been changed.
I imagine the UA ones where the spells that where drastically changed.

Conjure Animals turning into a zone is basically a new spell.

So is True Stike using your spell modifier to make a weapon attack.

You don't need UA to reduce 8d6 to 7d6 or to clean up some wording.
