Seriously, though, social dynamics are hard. I think anything that goes further than, "D&D is a game that is supposed to be fun. If someone at your table is making the game not be fun for you, you should talk to the person. But if that doesn't fix the problem, see if you find a group that is more in-line with your fun!" would be unhelpful.
