I just came back from a trip to the Galapagos Islands, where I spent a week on a boat, snorkeling, going hiking on islands, and so on.
The ship's cook was a genius and a workhorse, Three meals and two snacks a day, for 14 guests and six crew. Including a magnificent X-mas turkey somehow roasted in a tiny ship's galley.
One day, we came back from a physically challenging outing to find.... pineapple pizza.
And it was frelling delicious.
