Sure I can take a look at this weekend. Can you send my an image of the 2e statblock and info, or link me to a wiki-page with that information?
I'm not @Apple1104, but here is a link to the Ravenloft wiki and here is his entry from Hour of the Knife:

Oh my god thank you both so much @Echohawk @dave2008 !! I had a very very hectic passed week or so and completely lost this thread. My plan is for my players fight Sodo by himself after a pretty grueling dungeon with a mini boss at level 7, I also wanted the players to have an alternate win condition where they are able to flee the domain through the Ravenloft fog as that is what the prewritten would have the characters do but I can't help but think my players would be too stubborn to run away when faced with what is essentially the final boss. There are three players confirmed and we have a fourth who is notoriously busy/flakey but may be in attendance.

I have a rough draft of Sobo and the Fang of Nosferatu started. I just need to polish it a bit and then I will send it to you to get your thoughts.

One issue I am coming up with is Sobo's invulnerability (because of the Fang). He can only be harmed by +5 weapons (+3 in 5e parlance) and has 90% magic resistance (which in 2e means the magic fails completely, not just advantage on saves). Does your party have a means to overcome such strong defenses? Would you like me to water them down a bit? Right now he is immune to most damage and spells.
