Man, I've been trying to get to a live person at Frontier all day and have had no luck! They make it really difficult to reach someone! If only there was a way to get that information, somehow...

It can be done, but its often easier via chat than phone, which is kind of ironic (I just got done dealing with rash of intermittent but still too frequent net outages--which has not been common with them in the past, but there was about a week there where it was a thing).
