I like the new companion.

As usual I'm not fond of RTD's tendency towards the kiddy aesthetics, but I understand why he does it. He always seems to start seasons like this before it gets a little more serious.

"Planet of the Incels" indeed! At first when they introduced that guy at the beginning he was like "I know girls aren't good at maths" and for a moment I thought it was a misstep at social commentary, before I realised the guy was not a nice guy.

So Earth has been destroyed and that day has been timelocked in some way. Though why they can't travel to the day before, I don't know?

Probably that whole "crossing my own timeline" thing that's always an important issue except when it isn't.

Well I assume that at this point then, every day on Earth since at least the 1960s is off-limits.

She didn’t seem that shocked. More just annoyed how much noise and damage they were making.
