In my line of work, it's "as soon as possible.""Just fix it." is about the most useless response ever.

I once had a high priority call about something "not working" on the fourth floor, of a 3 story building. What? Where? What possible other risks are involved. If it burns to the ground, how much money do we lose?
Sadly no, something being on fire doesnt move the needle.
The buyer at my local grocery store loves all of the freaky Oreo, Pop-Tart flavors and novelty Coca-Cola flavors. Some of the less crazy Oreo flavors (cafe mocha, etc.) are pretty good, but we have been burned by the Coke flavors too often to fall for those again.
That sounds like an adventure hook for a RPG adventure.I once had a high priority call about something "not working" on the fourth floor, of a 3 story building.
