Timelines, are at best guidelines for me unfortunately. The only one thats real is 'who is escalating the most, and how much value do they bring.'

I once had a high priority call about something "not working" on the fourth floor, of a 3 story building.

The buyer at my local grocery store loves all of the freaky Oreo, Pop-Tart flavors and novelty Coca-Cola flavors. Some of the less crazy Oreo flavors (cafe mocha, etc.) are pretty good, but we have been burned by the Coke flavors too often to fall for those again.

The Selena Oreos were amazing.
