Here in Georgia they're talking about something coming this weekend. Snow or ice? How much? No one knows yet. What we do know, Georgians are morons and don't know how to drive in snow or ice.

To be fair, they don't have much practice with it, and local governments don't have the resources to deal with it the way that, say, Wisconsin does.

Thats ok, here in MN folks forget completely how to drive in snow between seasons. The first few snow falls are a doozy.
