Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

Sometimes I get the impression a poster or two really isn't playing with a full deck of normal playing cards. And it also seems other people will go out of their way to be asshats to them.
I’ve had the same thoughts. I’m a bit discouraged by what I’ve seen in one very notable case.

I generally feel like ENWorld is ahead of the curve on this. Sometimes the issue is that the people who aren't playing with a full deck are also capable of being complete donkeys, and the boards are willing to be completely equitable on both fronts.

It's like opening a single MTG pack, sometimes you get the $100 dollar legendary sometimes you get the $2.00 one.

Of course, just because something is old and rare doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable (a.k.a. the story of my career :p)

I'm really getting tired of the whole "when you're on this person's website, it's like you're a guest in their home," shtick.

No, being on their website is not like being in their home just because both are privately owned. Their home doesn't have an open-door policy for anyone to enter and leave as they wish, and they certainly don't plaster their home with ads. If you want to say that there are levels of decorum that should be respected, that's fine, but that's not the most convincing argument.
I kind of look at it like no shirt, no shoes, no service.

There are pizzas, or shops, I keep trying to enjoy, dig into, but invariably there is an ingrediant that I just cannot stomach. Yes, I know, take it off and make it your own, but I still considering it a personal failing that I bounce off these things so completely because of the pineapple, or anchovy, or onion.

Just is what it is, but try as I might I cannot seem to get over certain things.

I like what I like, and I dont like what I dont like, and that seems to be it?
