As far as the threads on the GiantitP board goes, that's not a bad thing. It used to be "three pages in five minutes", made solely of redundant posts all commenting on the same two or three things, all asking whether they were the only ones to catch it.

Oh, this is definitely not balance as I use it. My idea is more of a harmony, a compromise, the proverbial truth in the middle. (Of Law and Chaos. No compromise with Evil.) If it's arbitrarily imposed by Cosmic Forces From Beyond, then it's definitely not balance...

Me too, I prefer having balance between Law and Chaos; with Good being a state of balance and Evil being a state of imbalance. (It was part of my pet reason why the Celestials are united while the Fiends are fighting their Blood War between LE and CE.)

It reminds me of a few satirical gaming stories in French where English was used "archaic Enochian" and was the language used for magic items. Like "I found a Runestaff of Curse and a Scroll of Stupidity!" "What do they do?" "I don't know, we'd need a scholar to identify them."

Haven't bought anything RPG-related for several long months, since I haven't had a need for anything. I don't plan on getting 4e, and I have already far too many house-rules of my own. He makes everything inedible? :p People tend to forget that Midas was cursed, not blessed.
