You got umberconfused, bro.
"Oh dear" too tough? Or "oh dear" too weak? The 27 hp damage seems on a par with vampire spawn and shambling mounds. The hit points are lower, but the AC is higher (18). Not to mention the gaze.

Yeah, this is a painful foe to fight, chances are someone is going to look away and wind up being primary target, giving it advantage on those 3 attacks.
Erp, Charisma save? Every round? No 24 hour immunity? Ugh, that good AC is going to be a REAL pain when attacking at disadvantage.
