Location: Altar to Bhaal Dragons

Round Six

Bob finishes off the last acolyte and rushes at the escaping cultist, with a mighty swing, he buries his axe in the cultist's back, killing him instantly.

Pyrus singes the last cultist with a fiery energy bolt while running between the pews. After slinging some stones back at Pyrus, the cultist realises that he is the last one standing, and heads for another door, but this one has a heavy bar and he struggles with it.

On the floor, Sesto drifts in and out of consciousness. He can vaguely hear Imani's voice from the sending stone, "The idol was most likely warded... I fear that the dragon stirs - but do not overly fret! It is highly unlikely that the dragon will chose to face you himself. No, like a cat or a spoiled prince, he will send his minions. Be on your guard!"

GM: This is down to the wire.

OOC: Copied from earlier post:
Death saving throw (3): 1D20 = [10] = 10
What??? All three rolls passed the death saving throws!!! Sesto is stabilised. Regain 1 HP after 1d4 hours: 1D4 = [2] = 2, unless he receives healing.


A certain calm overcomes Sesto's features and his breathing is smooth and gentle.
 


The first of Bob's javelins makes a clattering noise as it hits the door, but the second one impales the cultist through his back, and he dies.

Sesto moans on the ground, out of it, but stable.

OOC: This fight is over! Level up to 5! That will wake Sesto up early.
 

Bob laughs one last time as he turns to survey the devastation. "That was a good fight." Seeing Sesto still on the ground, he walks over, pulling out a potion on his way. "Here friend, you fought well!"

OOC: Sesto can roll for heals if he accepts it.


Squirrels are evil!
 

GM: There are three exits to this room. The one at the "bottom" is a large set of double-doors, barred (so you don't have to worry about anyone coming through that way) but you may want to secure the other two if you don't plan to go through them right away). You have no way of knowing how much of the fight may have been heard.
 

Sesto wakes up with Bob offering him a healing potion, and Imani and a few others chatting away on the sending stone

OOC: Sesto is at 7/38 HP before the healing potion. He's aware of the conversation even through the fog in his head. Feel free to have him speak on his sending stone, but please do it as a voice on the line over in the other thread so I don't have to copy back and forth!

Meanwhile, Bob and Pyrus might want to find a way to secure the room.
