I think it might be 23. Did not add the strength mod (if it exists) to damage.

So, did you add both humanbane and sneak attack damage?

Damage should be 1d4 +7 + 3d6 (sneak attack) + 2d6 (humanbane)

So, [3]+7+[4, 5, 4]+[4, 1] = 28
