@MetaVoid, Breva knows that this beast is a 8-headed hydra that can breath fire from all its heads. when he saw it, it was one head down. (He saw the stump of the eight head.) It looks very strange to him... not a natural creature at all.
@MetaVoid, Breva is at the top of the map and he is wearing a Breastplate, so his movement is 20 ft. Also, those bad guys by that female Regulars Guard on the linked map are already dead. You can have Breva run at four times his speed to get into melee range, but he is not close enough to charge.
Breva does have a masterwork composite longbow [+4 Str]. That has a range of 110 feet. He can get one square behind the guard and fire down the street at one of the Loyalists. The closest one is threatened by Tim, so shooting that foe would be firing into melee (-4). He could shoot at the Merc without taking a firing into melee penalty, however. He would be close enough that there wouldn't be a range penalty and Tim wouldn't be in the way.
He can also make a DC 10 Spot check to see the thug in the candle shop. That's the closest foe to him. If you have Breva fire a shot at him, the man has cover (mainly from the trees; +4 AC) and it would be firing into melee. Breva could run and get into the shop to prevent the thug from escaping out the back.
(Tim just took out the Loyalist closest to him. Note that any square that is filled in by a tree [or trees] counts as 2 squares of movement.)
Scotley had his own style when it came to making a character sheet. It was always tough for me to figure where everything is located. For Phar, he had the attack numbers under the equipment section. He didn't do that for Breva, however.
