Looks much better now. I'm always a bit leery of classes that provide another stats bonus to AC without a cap, but this one "may" be safe. On the other hand what will it hurt to have the AC bonus capped at Blade master level?

Problem never was too many prestige classes. It was always too many badly designed prestige classes. 90% of prestige classes I've seen are garbage.

Timely Drought, with you most recent revisions you have a Sorceror 6 (presuming you add the casting without preparation req) fighter 4 and DD 10 with a BAB of 17 +4 Str which is equivalent to better than BAB 19. So one bab dropped for caster level 14 boosted con int and cha as well as a breath...

Scion as I read it your version requires level 6 sorceror... At ten levels of your DD you have a 16th level character with +6 Str and a BAB of 8. So you get from this +11 to attacks vs +16 full bab. Obviously not effective in melee despite the Str boost. Meanwhile the spellcasting is abandoned...

Depending on how you set up the jump technology, you may find it possible to create a portable conduit with which the bard or cleric could cast spells.
