As Sytheist you got the Eidolon HP as Temp Points for yourself, so it reads like 44 (own) + 50 (Eidolon) and with Fused Link it is usable like 92 HP ;)

The dominated Person simply can´t know what spell should be cast on him, so he will resist everything that is not coming from the dominator. It could also be a vampiric touch spell or what ever a touch spell could be.

I would rule it like this: the dominated person would passively resist anything that does not come from the dominating person.
