Looks like you also missed Dawn, a 5th-level spell in XGTE. If you have some way to hold them there, it's 8d10 in one turn with an ongoing 4d10, and it looks like it's built to kill vampires. Plus, you can move it. But overall, I feel sickening radiance may be better at a level lower.

I noticed you hadn't rated Infestation (XGTE) on the gdocs file, even though it's a wizard spell. Did you just miss it?

I think having three different option for reactions just makes it too split up. I'd want to do multiple of these in one round. Maybe cut it down to 2 dice a short rest, and do this: Dark Knowledge Reaction to share it with someone For the next minute I can use my reaction for other things, or...

Could you add your thoughts on That Old Black Magic's spells and Modern Magic's technomancer? TOBM seems very good with Conjuration, especially Conjure Lesser Demon--like Conjure Minor Elementals but more. 32 units each with 30 extra HP would be amazing.
