1[w] damage question.

I am playing a dwarven ranger. For the "Twin Strike" ability it says the damage is 1[w] damage, so I know I do not add my Str bonus, but what about my damage bonus for things like Dwarven Weapon Training or Weapon Specialization?

I am assuming that I still get those, since WotC seems to have just ignored anything but abilities in power discriptions (ie my to hit is described as Str vs AC, but it is really Str+0.5 level+Weapon Prof vs AC).

Any of you guys that are way smarter than me have an official answer?

Thanks. Josh

Yup. You include your feats. Specific beats general. The general rule for the power is "1[W] damage", the specific rule for the feat is "add this damage whenever you use a power or ability involving an axe".

Just in case you wanted a rule reference:

PHB p.276, insert block for Damage Rolls

Step 1: Roll damage indicated in power description (i.e. 1[W])
Step 2: Add ability modifier in power description (0 in this case)
In addition, any of the following factors may apply:
- Racial/Feat bonuses
- Enhancement bonuses
- Item bonus
- Power bonus
- Untyped bonus
