D&D (2024) 2024 Spell Changes

Ah, the old "halfling cleric in a wheelbarrow" trick, that munchkins wanted to do in 2014 until Jeremy Crawford shut it down by declaring that having an effect moved on to a creature doesn't count as entering it, is now finally viable!

More realistically, a cleric mounted on a fast horse with a high level Spirit Guardians up can destroy a small army in a few turns.
What's the wording on steel wind strike?

No, it says "20 ft radius sphere". It doesn't say the effect on the ground has to be a 20 ft radius.
It says "The ground in a 20-foot-radius Sphere centered on a point within range".

I'm fairly certain the intent here is for it to work the same way the 2014 version did. I think they just didn't want any spells using uncodified shapes. In this case, the result is rather awkward but is still functional.

Are there still spells that can be taken by multiple classes/sub-classes? Say can spell "x" be taken by the wizard, sorcerer and warlock for example? I'm just looking for a yes or no answer.

The class spell lists aren't exclusive only to class to which they pertain, if that's what you're asking. Some spells cross over to other classes and some don't while there are some exclusive spells.

Yolande's Regal Presences looks rather abuseable and it's on both the wizard and bard list. Tasha's Bubbling Cauldron looks interesting and it's on both the wizard and warlock list. Detect Magic is on almost every list and Drawmij's Instant Summons is only on the wizard list.
