Can anyone confirm if there are any changes to Aura of Vitality and also whether it is now on the Cleric spell list please?

It is now on both the cleric and druid spell lists as well as on the paladin’s.

It’s more or less the same except that the healing no longer requires a bonus action. You just choose someone within the aura to heal when you first cast the spell and at the start of each of your turns thereafter.
