D&D 5E 20th level Sorcerer vs the world

Daily routine?
Clean preparation list?
Sure my friend. I'm not a Wizard with that can't post his limited prepared spell list.

The Bastion and his Simulacrums is with Twinned Mind Blank or nondetection spell. Always active.

Extended or Subtle (Depends if someone can see) Seeming spell.
Extended Aid 7th for himself and simulacrums.

The Assassination day: The Bastion prepare 2 days to create a lot of sorcery points 192 and turn it into a spells slots.
You roll once with pass without trace, stealth check against creature's passive perception and remain hidden until revealed.

The Assassin simulacrum defeats 99% with the bastion assistence.
The Simulacrum Subtle Meteor Swarm + Assassin's death strike is 100% chance to defeat.

The Sorcerer casts Skill Empowerment, if necessary. Infiltrating Wizard's house, go With Trance of Order + Subtle Skill Empowerment (Investigation) against magical traps or just send his Simulacrum Assassin to detect magical traps. Subtle Skill Empowerment (Persuation) + Trance of Order + Telephatic to manipulate people.

Sorcerer's Clockwork Cavalcate for healing people and repair their city. For them, you are a belevolent Hero

If I haven't forgotten anything, that's it.

With the Enchanter's 80 HP. He's an easy victim.

1) Upcast Subtle Sleep
Okay, I love sleep, I love upcasting sleep, I'd basically never build a mage without sleep, it's a great spell with lots of uses. But an 80 hit point target would take an average of an 8th level sleep spell to put to sleep, assuming you can get them alone. And that is still an average sleep roll of 85.5, so better than even odds, but I wouldn't count on it.

Is that really the best thing you can think to do with your 8th level spell slot?

Leaving aside the hilarity of "For today, I begin by spending two days preparing by doing x"...

Sorcery Points

You have 2 sorcery points, and you gain more as you reach higher levels, as shown in the Sorcery Points column of the Sorcerer table. You can never have more sorcery points than shown on the table for your level. You regain all spent sorcery points when you finish a long rest.

Could do better.

Now, with +0 con saving throw. Flesh to Stone.
Now The Bastion has a New statue.

Yes, its pretty easy. Expend Sorcery Point to create a New spell slot.
Regain.
Repeat.

Are you, to be clear, dodging long rests in conjunction with Sorcerous Restoration (which is still level capped, due to the wording around "expended sorcery points") in order to generate an infinite loop of level 5 and under spell slots?

Creating Spell Slots. You can transform unexpended sorcery points into one spell slot as a bonus action on your turn. The Creating Spell Slots table shows the cost of creating a spell slot of a given level. You can create spell slots no higher in level than 5th.

Any spell slot you create with this feature vanishes when you finish a long rest.

1 days without long rest. A fair use of Sorcerer's Sorcerer Restouration cap feature.

At 4 points per hour, you've committed a little over 48 hours to get those 192 points and convert them, so which is it? You seem to be goalpost shifting again.
