While reading through my shiny new 3.5 MM, I noticed that the duergar ECL has been reduced from 2 to 1. I personally like the change, especially when compared to other ecl +2 (like drow).
Don't get me wrong I think they are a strong ECL +1, with good magical abilities and immunity to posion, but they don't get very good stat bonuses (+2 con, -4 charisma) and are universally despised, especially by other dwarves.
So what do you think? Good? Bad? Indifferent?
