I think the best method for Character Sheets would be to use MythWeavers or TangledWeb. I personally never have used either, but I know a few players that have.

Can everyone figure it out and agree on this? For the actual post itself, besides the link, we need a portrait (I will use it to make tokens for tactical grids). If you cannot post the image link from Photobucket or something similar, attach it to the post or in the OOC thread and I will DL and host it on my Photobucket account.
Then I think a nicely formatted section of most commonly referenced things should be included so we don't have to pull up the whole sheet every time.
Finally the backgrounds. I think those are better left on the thread itself while you are all drafting them rather than buried on the individual character sheets.
