D&D 5E 5E Survivor - Deities (Part X: Dawn War Deities)

Though, I think part of the underlying logic of the Dawn War system was to make all the "Racial" gods just he widely revered gods, who had created specific peoples. It makes sense.
Yeah, that was the idea. IIRC one 4E publication said something along the lines of "though he created the dwarves and is often depicted as one, Moradin is a god, not a dwarf". There were also occasional references to atypical representations of gods, such as a minotaur version of Bahamut.

Ooh, you wouldn't happen to know where that last one was mentioned? I am of course a sucker for all things Bahamut, but syncretic trans-racial depictions sound like a super cool concept, and something I might want to draw inspiration from for my Dungeon World game. (I've had some vague notions of a "moon temple" built by minotaurs long ago as a possible adventure location, so an article about how minotaurs could depict and worship a deity like Bahamut would be great reading material.)

Super tight spread at this point. Honestly, I wouldn't be upset about any of these deities winning in the end.
Personally, I want an original-to-the-setting deity to win. Would be nice if it was muh queen, but as long as it’s not a returning GH or FR deity I’m happy.

EDIT: Which I guess at this point means Avandra, Erathis, or the Raven Queen.
