I've had a idea for A DAD version of The Hulk from The Avengers that spends half of every month as A Angel Lord and the other half as A Demon Lord?

The idea is that their are always 30 days in the month, that it spends the 1st 15 days as Banner, whose the weakest of The worlds 7 most powerful Angel Lords then it spends the 1st 15 days as Hulk, whose the weakest of The worlds 7 most powerful Deamon Lords

Why would the Hulk be the weakest of the demon lords, I thought the madder he got, the more powerful he became. I can see a 'normal' human Banner being the weakest of angels, but Hulk?
