Incarnation eyes the hand signal between the Knicks, but is unable to make it out. Seeing only the one rat left, he glances once more at Alfred to make clear his intent, and then speaks forcefully at the were-creature.

Once already we have defeated you, and yet you try again? Fate repeats her lesson here today. Cease now, of these of mine and these of Knicks will stop you utterly until there is nothing left of you and yours but whisper and failed memory. But the creature is too much in its blood-lust to listen. Dismissively, Incarnation crushes his hand again, and a shadow passes over the creature. You doom is sealed, then.

[sblock=Actions]Minor Insight to determine the gist/intent of Alfred's sign: Fail (14).

Attempt to Intimdate the Rat down: Highly unlikely (16). Sigh and use other Minor to curse the rat.[/sblock]

Dane quickly hobbles his way to the front lines activating the magic within his waraxe. He takes a wide angled attack that will leave him open to the wererat . . . should he live through the attack. . . which he does not.

[sblock=Actions] Move to I16.
Standard:
Brash Strike with Reckless Waraxe activated (1d20+11, 1d12+12=[14, 11], [3, 12]) Hit AC 25 for 15 pod which should kill him . . . =v)

**It does**[/sblock]

"For such a foul beast, the soul of your comrade was most delicious" Says Sheng licking his upper lip. As he laughes of his own bad joke, and his eyes turn green again.

[sblock=ooc]Ok so technically Sheng's turn hasn't happened yet but I liked that too much to ignore.[/sblock]

Alfred stands rigid, eyes shifitng back and forth, as if waiting for one of the party members to act.

Sheng smiles, watching the wererat contorting to death after the dwarf's deadly blow.
The monk raises his eyes to meet Alfred. "I trust you have assessed our power correctly. Even as you attacked us by treason, we managed to slain all of this abominations, and would likely obliterate you if you would have keep attacking us. I humbly hope for your own sake that your initial foolishness is overcome."

Diplomacy: 24

Alfred looks over the group and thinks on the words for a moment, he then sheathes his daggers, but you can tell he's still not all together comfortable. He tries to stay nonchalant when he speaks. "Alright Knicks, scatter. We need get things back to a general order of nothing to see here."

The two dwarves eye the group and then head down the road in different directions. The archers quickly disappear into doors, though one lingers reluctantly. Alfred slides the lid off the large crate by the back door, and pulls out a moderately sized chest.

"Please except my apologies on that overly hasty reaction. We've never seen rats in this alley before, and everyone's a little on edge." He extends his arms, apparently wanting someone to take the chest from him.

"Then again, I've never seen anyone, 'scept maybe myself, take rats down so quickly either. I'm sure you'll find them unreasonable grudge holders. As a token of good faith, that you will continue to help us keep the peace as it were, I'd like you have this."

[sblock=If you take the chest] Phylactery of Divinity, 150 sp, 536 gp, 3 Amber Jewels (100 gp each), Hero’s +2 Finemail [/sblock]

[sblock=If you search the Goblins] Tooth of Chaos +1 (lvl 4 dagger), 2 pearls (100 gp each), Amulet of Life +1 [/sblock]

[sblock=In the bag Dane took] 150 gp [/sblock]

[sblock=OOC Information and XP]I was originally going to make you get one or two more good skill checks in, but I mean come on. There's been no failure, yet, you didn't target damage the Knicks directly, and you decimated the rats. I'm not going to drag this out.

If you are leaving. . . . I.E. Sheng and I don't think Qynn said one way or another, you get xp now! (Otherwise you'll get it later)

250 xp from the prison encounter.
400 xp from this encounter
399 Time XP + 341 Time gp

That's each, if you both leave, since you're both the same level.[/sblock]

Rurdev closes in on the chest, baring his teeth. "T-T-Today is your lucky d-d-day." Grabbing the chest and resting it on his shoulder while still holding both scimitars, the shifter backs away quickly, not turning his back on the clever rogue. "Hopefully for you, we won't meet again."

[sblock=ooc]Is the exp for everybody, or just Sheng/Qynn?[/sblock]

"Let-t-t's go open th-this somewhere m-more pri-private," the shifter says after the gang seems to have disappeared.

OOC: The xp is only for people who are not continuing on to the theatre. If someone besides Sheng or Qynn is not continuing pas this please let me know, as Time XP will be different.

Incarnation takes a moment to focus on the items Dane and Rurdev retrieve. He looks to Sheng a moment as he identifies the dagger, and the dwarven priest when he touches the phylactery. Once the items had been distributed, he returns with his companions to decide their next action.[sblock=Treasure pt 2]Okay, from here, the previous split was:
- Rurdev: Obsidian Horse (Lvl 5), 2 potions, 101gp
- Incarnation: Arcanist's Glasses (Lvl 3), 101gp
- Qyn: Oathblade Longsword +1 (Lvl 4), 101gp
- Sheng: Boots of Spider Climbing (Lvl 5), 101gp
- Hadrak: Amulet of Protection +2 (Lvl 6), 101gp
- Dane: 621 gp, 2 potions

Based on what we got, here are my suggestions:
- Rurdev: Hero's +2 Finemail (Only he and Hadrak wear chain; Hadrak has a set tailored for him), 61gp, 16sp
- Hadrak: Phylactery of Divinity (Only divine character), 61gp, 16sp
- Sheng: Tooth of Chaos +1 (Only for sorcerer), 61gp, 16sp
- Dane: Amulet of Life +1 (He has HS to spare, and its better than his Amulet +1), 61gp, 16sp
- Incarnation: 640gp, 16sp
- Qyn: 320gp, 16sp
I split the gold so that Qyn & Incarnation finished getting gold for the level they entered (1st & 3rd) respectively, then evenly for everyone after.

Thoughts?[/sblock]
