Covered in frost but showing sign of discomfort, Prime assaults the dragon with a quick slash and a brutal shove with the shield, pushing the surprised beast away from the rest of the group. The construct turns his head 180 degrees and his mechanisms whistle, urging the others to deal with the tricky bugbear.

Drew bows down in front of the dragon and then continues the bow falling down, making a roll and ending it kicking at the dragons legs, trying to make it cut itself. No such luck as he's forced to abort full move by the bugbear's cleaver swishing through the place his head would be.

"Felix, retreat! Sharpe, go help Mina, we'll keep the dragon busy for you."

He looks at the bugbear. "That wasn't very nice of you."

As the dark-clad bugbear charged down the hallway towards her, the woman in the hooded cloak held her ground, apparently unafraid. The air around her shimmered with arcane energy for a heartbeat, and she simply vanished- an instant later she reappeared down the hall, now behind the rushing foe. There was a brief and musical trill of laughter as she stepped back through the doors towards the rest of her group, then with a brief gesture she launched another glittering star of magic, dropping one of the remaining bugbears to the floor.

Sharpe’s words draw Felix out of the Melee.

Felix shakes his head, clearing the ice crystals that have started to form in his brain.

Felix looses a bolt at the dragon. Seeing the shaft sink deep into the dragon's neck he yells, "Ya like that? Here! Have another." Quick as a wink he looses a second at the dragon, the bolt hits the dragon in his meaty maw and juts from what might be called the dragons cheek. All the while, Felix has backed into the corner, trying to avoid being flanked by the remaining bugbears.

GM: As IC has been down all morning and I don’t want to litter the post with a huge number of rolls, I’ve used this as an alternative. If you go to that link and use “The Mine-Militia Identity” (without the quotes) as the room name, you should see all of my rolls for this round.

@twilsemail, all of your damage was halved due to the slowed/weakened effect Felix was under because of the dragon’s breath; you could only move two squares so I moved you to A12. Also, you forgot to roll your ST at the end of your turn. I’ve included it at the above link.

I also gave Mina the +5 THP from Sharpe as she was the only one who killed/bloodied a monster.

One final note: in the included map, I’ve added some symbols for status effects. The red tinge on tokens denotes when they’re bloodied (you can see it on Prime this round); the blue cross is Prime’s Mark. I’ll explain any further effects as they present themselves.

The two remaining bugbears swing their swords at the Sharpe and Drew, both connecting and drawing blood, before stepping away.

The dragonling seems surprised at the rough shove Prime gives it. With a roar of defiance, the wyrm lashes out furiously with both claws at the warforged. Prime manages to get his shield in the way of the first claw but the second tears into his shoulder.

OOC: [MENTION=6671055]horticulture[/MENTION]; I'm sorting out Felix actions still, but he should still be in A13. He didn't move his speed, he moved his dex mod due to a power's effect.

The rather distinct sound of a sword connecting with a bard draws Felix's attention to Sharpe and his dancing partner. "Aren't you two finished yet? Sharpe, play with your little friend later. We have a Dragon to deal with, remember?" To punctuate the statement, he fires at the shadowdancer.

The dragon's claw connects with Prime's torso and makes his upper body spin like a quintain, slashing the creature as he turns. Still fully functional despite the battering received he attacks the dragon, holding his shield so close to it's face that the beast can't clearly see where Prime's sword is.

Standard: Shield feint on the dragon, hits for 9 damage. Prime gains a +3 power bonus for the next attack he makes against the dragon, recovers 5 HP thanks to Shape's Stirring Shout and Marks the dragon. Prime's no longer bloodied.

Notice also that Marked enemies that shift trigger the Combat challenge feature. [/sblock]
