[SBLOCK=OOC]Ok, my bad, you need to stand up, but you are not ungrappled. There, you can use Pass-at-Arm, but you can't shift and you finish still grappled. (At the opposite of being slide, push or pull allow to be ungrappled).

[sblock=Lan]
So your options are either Move to stand and standard to attack, or move to stand and standard to escape the grab and shift 1 square away.

[sblock=OOC]Pardon my ignorance - as I've mentioned before I'm very green with 4E. Has the condition prone been subject to errata? In the PH it says you can drop Prone as a minor action. If that's the case, is there something else that makes standing a Move action for Lan in this situation?[/sblock]
[sblock=Mowgli]
You can drop prone as a minor, but it is a move to stand up. There are some items (Acrobat boots) that let you stand as a minor, but typically you need your move to stand

Creeping into the foliage, the Sivis gnome felt good being hidden. He reveled in being unseen for a moment.
Small hands bushed away the brush and foliage, reaching into a fold of his robe, Pok pulled another ice net out, and threw it toward the captives, using his wand to direct the icy spray away from his allies.
*I'm running out of nets, I'll have to learn some new spells to supplement my arsenal...*

Move H13 29 Stealth (Pok should be total concealment, but still be able to target them without the -5 because he can draw a line from the corner of H13 to ever corner of J10)
