Ahsoka - SPOILERS

Star Wars laser bolts don't travel that fast and are very visible. Open up the range and your target can dodge even without Jedi reflexes.

EDIT: My bad, poor reading. Yeah, once the ship was disabled they could have easily shot it from range.
But they can't, because the weapons have not enough range and if the ships are not flying forwards, they will not generate enough lift and crash down, like any WW1 or WW2 plane would! It's strafing runs or bust.

I feel the biggest problem is not that the physics or tactics don't make sense, it's that it didn't really look good, and it would have been better to write that encounter different. Can't they come up with some other Jedi tricks for Ahsoka to show off, like mind-tricking an enemy pilot or shadow-bombing a torpedo (you know, steal from the EU, a torpedo without guidance and engines and steered to target by the force)?

I like that the little kid not only knows about Jedi, but knows enough about them to know that they are good guys and wants to be one. They aren't as little known as a lot of people here think.
His Dad is a Jedi. He is a posthumous child and likely grew up with stories of his Father and his apprentice.

Episode was a bit short. Decent action sequence. Nice callback with putting in the helmet.

Not really a lot happened here.
When it ended I was all like, is that all? Seemed really short.

Ahsoka isn't trying to make anyone a Jedi, bit she is trying to make Sabine something similar...... Or, more actually, help Sabine become something similar.

I'm wondering if they'll create a fifteenth force order that uses lightsabers. Eg Jensaarai, Imperial Knights etc. Or a Jedi shadow conclave (Jedi not associated with the order).

For all that Ahsoka protests about not being a Jedi, at the end of the day she is still one … otherwise why would Rey hear her voice when she summons “all of the Jedi” to defeat all of the Sith?

There is definitely something going on with wolves and this show. Loth-wolves, Baylan Skoll, Shin Hatti, and Marrok are all wolf related content.

I wonder too whether this Sabine storyline is also meant to be a comment on Chirrut Imwe. He was clearly not a Jedi. But I feel like if Sabine learns to use the Force in some way it definitively means that Chirrut did use it in his own way too.

Chirrut absolutely was Force sensitive and used it to see and avoid harm. He could also see the dark side as it surrounded people “who are about to kill”.
