Honestly, that is the most likely fate. This is set about five years after Retun of the Jedi right? Between five and ten anyway. So Han and Leia should have a six or so year old Ben about now. That would put Jace at right about the right time.

The first episode of Mandalorian season one is about 5 years after RotJ. This show is probably set after Din drops Grogu off with Luke and talks to Ahsoka, but before the time jump that occurs before Grogu returns to Din. So about 7 years after RotJ, or if this is also after the time jump, about 9 years after. Luke's school is just getting built when Grogu is left with Luke and is likely the first student.

Jacen's father Kanan had already learned the lessons about the Jedis' mistakes that Luke has yet to learn. I doubt Hera would turn him over to be trained in the old traditions.

I got the impression Ben's parents felt the same way. Sometimes it's not easy to stand in the way of your children's ambitions, even if you think you know better.

A really bad episode!!!

Literally ripped off new hope Luke and Han scenes when destroying tie fighters. I’m sure it was done on purpose but just not good

The Padawan has no force sensitivity but we all know somehow she will-we are drifting into what made last Jedi so bad

Ray Stevenson is so far just boring and if I didn’t know who he was I wouldn’t be impressed

The flip with the lightsabers in space felt like Fonzie jumping the shark (old reference so check it out). Just because you can doesn’t make it a good idea

I did like the cameos and the reveal from rebels

I had huge hopes for this show but I have a bad feeling right now

I like a bit of fan service but there's to much. This was to much imho.

I expect to see things like X-Wings, TIE fighters etc E-wings were cool.

But when you're basically rehashing stuff a lot yeah....
