Im so happy I canceled my amazon order early and went somewhere else. I saves about $5.00 less then I would have, but having it a month or more earlier was worth it to me.

I received mine from amazon yesterday. It was worth the wait. What with amazon's regular discount, plus the Share the Love, plus the $15 gift certificate they gave me for taking so long, I paid only...

Not bad for a $100.00 item.

I have been having trouble applying my STL discount. I keep trying to order it and the discount doesn't appear. I have several times tried to make an order which includes both Libris Mortis and the WLD, whioch both should have STL discounts. The Libris Mortis discount appears, but not the WLD one.

Any Ideas?

John, it doesn't show up on the order confirmation page? I've had things in my cart do that before... it usually means there's another copy of it in your cart. Clear it out and then try it again. I know sometimes it won't show in the cart, but will on the confirmation screen... It's weird..

That is weird that you haven't received it.

I ordered mine off of your share the love order. I did write them about a week ago asking for an update and they bumped me up to 2-day shipping. I received mine last Friday.

By the way, Chris, when you get your copy, check out page 837.

I just e-mailed them again. I guess 2-day shipping is faster than 1-day shipping. I'm not really MAD, I just have a lot riding on this. I have 2 new players (my 20 year old sister and another player's roommate) ready to play this, and have been prepping their new characters. The standard group still has stuff to do with the higher level campaign (which is currently leading to the Bonegarden), but I have fresh blood that wants to play as well, and I'm not sticking them into a higher level campaign.

I am a little worried about the party mix, though. I'm allowing anything first level (including Savage Species writeups), and no two classes can be alike. So right now I've got a Psion, a Warmage, a Ranger, a Barbarian, and a Doppelganger (using SKR's breakdown). No cleric. No rogue. I warned them ahead of time that I REALLY REALLY recommended a Rogue... so we'll see how it goes.

When I get the book.

You could always play a weasly NPC rogue - one who helps out for the traps & such but cowers for every combat. The players couldn't do anything about it either since they will probably need him alive for their survival.

John: That sucks. However, if it's any consolation, if you are half as impressed with this product as I am - it's worth the wait. AEG really did hit a home run with this one.
