Ambush/Sneak Attack Feats as Rogue Powers

Does anyone think the ambush feats like Arterial Strike and Hamstring will now be Rogue Powers that are Per Encounter abilities, and don't require you to reduce sneak attack damage to apply the effects?

Does anyone think the ambush feats like Arterial Strike and Hamstring will now be Rogue Powers that are Per Encounter abilities, and don't require you to reduce sneak attack damage to apply the effects?

I think some of them will end up as rogue (or ranger/skirmish?) abilities. The ability to hamper, cripple, wound, or even silence a foe with a SA give the rogue greater versatility and could even allow the SA dice to not scale so quickly...
