Any armor with more then +8 dex allowed?

If you're going by the core rules, your best bet is to go with Bracers of Armor. You can get up to a +8 armor bonus from them (as well as an additional effective +5 of enhancements), they apply to incorporeal attacks, and they have no maximum dexterity bonus. I had a character in a near-epic campaign that, at one point, had a +14 from his dexterity. At that point, wearing any kind of armor, enchanted or not, would have limited his dexterity bonus by so much that he was better without armor than with it. Bracers of Armor, though, can get such a high armor bonus that they're better than things like Bondleaf Wrap (that is, armors with a +1 armor bonus, and no maximum dexterity bonus), and they provide additional bonuses as well (such as the Force effect applying to incorporeal attacks).

Assuming bondleaf wrap can be enchanted then he should get both ;) pop a +1 on the bondleaf and load it up with things that wouldnt fit on the bracers (such as heavy fortification)
