Anyone made a Decay Domain yet?

Well, I wonder how you're going to do that. Every round that items are exposed to the aura? The PC would have to roll for all his equipment, then. Or you'd have to roll to decide what starts falling apart. Arrows falling apart mid flight is hard to do, since that'd be a *fast* acting Decaying. I'd think if something is of Decay, it slowly rots, weakens, and then falls apart.

The aura doesn't affect arrows already fired. Though arrows that are still in the quiver suffer damage. Using the hardness and hp rules for nonliving things, I can determine how many arrows are broken and the chances of a broken arrow being pulled out for use.

Following the rules of item saving throws, if they are on a pc. If the pc fails his save, that's when the items get affected.

So if the pc makes the initial save, his items aren't affected.

Bluffside: City on the Edge has an "Entropy" Domain. Here it is:

Entropy Domain
Deities: The Sustainer, The Sufferer
Granted Powers: Once per day, you can issue a Touch of Entropy. This touch attack delivers 2/level + your charisma modifier points of damage. You must specify the amount of damage intended before you attack. The target gets no save. This damage can be spread across multiple targets.*

Entropy Domain Spells:
1 Erase. Mundane or magical writing vanishes.
2 Shatter. Sonic vibration damages objects or crystalline creatures.
3 Dispel Magic. Cancels magical spells and effects.
4 Rusting Grasp. Your touch corrodes irons and alloys.
5 Insect Plague. Insect horde limits vision, inflicts damage, and weak creatures flee.
6 Enervation Subject gains 1d4 negative levels.
7 Destruction. Kills subject and destroys remains.
8 Horrid Wilting. Deals 1d8 damage/level within 30 ft.
9 Energy Drain Subject gains 2d4 negative levels.
