Archivist, Wis or Int?

The Excrept @ Wizards.com mentions that the Archivist receives bonus spells as per his Wisdom bonus... but all the other things related to his spells are Intelligence-based.

Is this an error, or is it intended?

A copy-paste from the PH's Cleric description maybe?

Intended. It's not the only class to hav split abilities for spellcastnig like this - the Favoured Soul from Complete Divine, for example, uses both Wis and Cha.

It is intended, and it is especially helpful to those who choose to mix in a little Wizardly pursuits, making the Mystic Theurge a very good PRC to explore - the ultimate spellbook/prayerbook carrying character - essentially every divine & arcane spell potentially accessible.

Suddenly, the idea of a Buomman Archivist seems extremely tempting. Bonus to WIS is nice, and a non-speaking race obsessed with books just seems so flavourful!
