Are you looking forward to Magic of Incarnum?

Yup...I'll have it. Even if I end up not liking it...its paralleling some of my own work at the moment...so I'd like to see how they chose to use (abuse) it....

besides, one way (their way) or another (my way) I'm gonna use it against my players :D

I'll buy it, as I buy everything, but I'm not sure about the concept.

It seemed to me, to be an answer to a "problem" in gaming...how to avoid PCs ever having to leave a dungeon. Simple, make it so they can CREATE and UPGRADE magic items just by pulling power out of the air.

But it does seem tacked on. Like it doesn't belong.

This is one book that I'm very excited about buying. I think it will add a whole new aspect (for lack of a better word) to my game just like Psionics did.

In fact, I would not be surprized to see Complete Incarnum at some point in the future.

What do you think about it?
I'm looking forward to it. Not sure if I will buy it or not, but I'll certainly give it a look-see.

Whatever ki use is, it might be different from mind to mind. ;) For some, even the monk may be enough. :p

As for MoI having Open Content - that is extremely unlikely. There may be a better chance that it ends up in the SRD one day, but I wouldn't count on it.

I'm looking forward to it in a "I know _I'll_ never get to use this" ('cus I'm one of two D&D DM's in my group, and the other doesn't like new things) "But I might let my players use it one day"

Well, I wasn't interested in it until the latest preview. Damn Wizards of the Coast and their giving me more books I might be interested in buying!

Demiurge out.
