Are Your Games Rated G, PG, R, X, etc.?

It ranges from PG (last session, for example) to beyond NC-17 (you don't want to know)

Violence ranges from standard-issue D&D to abundant blood and gore, depending on the type of opponents the party is facing. I infrequently use BoVD spells, and a few of those are pretty gory (body parts flying around and such). I remember a particularly gory campaign moment while the PCs were undercover in Thay and saw a slave caravan arrive. One of the slaves tried to escape; a thayan knight caught him, picked him up by the neck, and then impaled him on armor spikes.

I do not encourage players to role-play sexual encounters. However, they have witnessed all sorts of deviant* sexual behavior, and... ahem... interrupted... a few such scenes. Again, this greatly varies with session, and the last time it happened was three sessions ago when one of the characters was raped by a succubus (and barely survived). Before that, I don't think any sort of sex (other than allusions of one character's promiscuity) had occured for at least ten sessions.

Drugs are there alright, and available to those who want them. None of the characters so far have, and I doubt they will in the future.

*deviant by present western standards...

Reminds me of a friend of mine's campaigns that he often tells me about.

The players are responsible for most of the atrocities there, by the way. :p

The games I DM clock in at R to X depending on the situations. I like my games to mimick real life. People swear, death is graphic and unpleasant, sex happens, everything isn't black and white.

Pg-13, mostly because of me. I don't enjoy strong language, I abhor the existance of narcotics, I disapprove of alcohol, tobacco, etc, in RL, and will not remain frinds with those who oersue such activities. My games are laid out to be Hercules/Xena/JLA at most, and I will not permit the scenes to go further. Repeat offenders are informed other groups would better serve their needs. If I were in a campaign and that started to occur, I would tear up the sheet and leave, never to return.

Usually somewhere around R. We tend to get pretty graphic, especially when criticals get to happening. And I mention whores a lot, you know, just for authentic city flavor. ;)

its a matter of scale

I dont consider rating my games because they aren't broadcast. I guess you can rate it XXX R R Adults Only: May contain everything

My Eberron campaign is mostly PG-13 for violence, with occasional R-rated scenes for critical hits with greatswords and the sacrifice of sentient beings to evil gods and outsiders. No sex except for the Cannith artificer who has an unhealthy interest in Warforged.
