Cube, I hear, is good.
Cube 2: Hypercube is . . . *shudder, brainsplat*
Cube 3: Cube Zero, though, is rather entertaining.
I actually like Predator 2. Neat way to reuse the gimmick without being bland ("Oh, here are some more soldiers in the jungle").
Alien: Resurrection has some Joss Whedon dialogue, and Brad Dourif. It's entertaining to watch with some buddies.
Riddick is very ugh-worthy, but the visuals were pretty good, and . . . no, it mostly sucked. But it's too distant from Pitch Black to count as a sequel, because not many people knew about Pitch Black.
MIB2 really disappointed me, but it wasn't awful.
Blade Trinity I didn't like, but a female friend of mine thought it was worth the $8 to watch Ryan Reynolds be funny and sexy. Too bad the woman in the movie was boring.
Can we please count Episode II & III? Ep I at least had Darth Maul and the acting of Liam Neeson.
Sadly, Blues Brothers 2000 was spoiled by, oddly, focusing too much on the music and not enough on a coherent plot. The point of the movie was supposed to be about carrying the blues into the new century, and holding the blues up as the spirit of a defiant people (the father of rock-n-roll and all that). I really wanted to see Elwood rouse the crowd with a stirring speech at the end of the movie, and then the voodoo chick could've offed the villains. Well, whatever. At least there was a 5-minute long car wreck. *giggle*
