I don't like the bard all that much. It's not a power thing, it's just that to me the bard concept doesn't seem to be represented effectively by the rules: I suffer a crunch-fluff disjunction whenever I read through them.

The many mockery-based bard powers of the cunning build matches Zil gnomes perfectly. I can so imagine a Zil gnome staying behind a warforge fighter talking trash at the enemy.

Oh, and the 4th ed Bard has been nerfed already! You see, the 6th level utility spell Allegro didn't used to have the line "Target: You and each ally in burst" in the preview. I was sliding everyone around me when I was using this power. Good times.

I grew up watching these cartoons but the neurons failed to make a connection until you pointed it out. Brilliant!
