battle haiku and fantasy languages

Voadam

Legend
I'm in the middle of a combat over e-mail against an annis and an Osyluth. My eldritch knight learned martial arts (improved unarmed strike) from a japanese culture sensei long ago and so I threw in some haiku into our last e-mail exchange:

Bone devil come here
I hold death in my two hands
All for you this fall

Surrender now hag
Or cherry blossoms will mark
your shallow grave bed

Anybody else thrown in haiku into their games? I don't think I could meter it out on the fly at tabletop, but e-mail battling makes it easy.

My buddy who is also in the e-mail fight said he let out a dwarven war cry "Eid enob lived!" when he charged which I thought was a fun way to throw in fantasy languages over e-mail.
