Hey folks, this could be a long shot, but I figure it's worth a try.
My brother and my best friend and I are leaving on a road trip this weekend from San Francisco to Minnesota. We've got an extra day to spare, and we're going to be heading up through Portland, Oregon and over across Idaho and Montana.
All three of us are avid and gregarious gamers, and we were wondering if possibly - just possibly some of you might be interested in playing a drop-in game with us along the way. Some short one-shot to give us an exciting interlude on an otherwise boring expanse of highway traversing (above and beyond the odd roadside attraction).
We will happily bring the beer and pretzels, and I will happily run the session - Or we could drop into some existing groups' side-trek adventure. All we would need would be a place to play at, whether it be living room or FLGS, and a cheap nearby motel recommendation.
Our schedule is thus:
Sunday the 22nd - In or around Portland, Oregon
Monday the 23rd - In or around Western Montana (Missoula? Bozeman?)
Tuesday the 24th - Anywhere in Minnesota
We're really open and willing to go (reasonably) out of our way to meet cool and interesting people and hack some dungeon with them. I can provide certifiable proof that we are not crazy psychos, and I can garantee a good time had by all.
So whaddaya say? Anyone interested?
