Best action film series of the last 20 years

Sounds like a premise for an excellent gritty action-movie series.

I have to say I really did enjoy the Bourne movies and IP man the most out of that list. I also think Zhang Yimou's wuxia films were outstanding action movies in the last 20 years (Hero, House of Flying Daggers, Curse of the Golden Flower and Shadow).

Someone mentioned the Raid and that definitely was one of the most surprising action films for me in recent years.

Ong Bak for me is another great one in the past 20 years.

I really enjoyed the movie Mrs. K with Kara Hui as well (the action and chase sequences had a plausibility to them I liked).
