Warforged Surprise (Surprise Round)
Clumsy but frightening, the lurching warforged lumber at the surprised shifter. The first brings its fists together in a hard slam, but the shifter's armor absorbs the blow. He is not as luck the second time, as a hard chop from the attached blade on the other slices his thigh. [First misses; second hits for 6hp]
Seeing the warforged animate, Kuther manages to bite of a quick spell. A colorless bolt of energy slams into the armbladed warforged, but it hardly slows it. [4 hp]

Completely stunned by this attack, Khoros is unable to roll with the attack on his leg. When he finally comes to his senses, Khoros lets out a feral snarl reminiscint of the mountain lions of the Eldeen Reaches.
Suddenly, his mane of hair becomes even shaggier, and tiger-like stripes appear over his skin. His already-sharp incisors grow out perhaps an inch, and his lips curl back in a feral snarl. With suddenly cat-like eyes, he hisses at the warforged that struck him.
OOC: Going into a shifter rage. Will last for six rounds.
Khoros lunges forward with his spear, and without thinking bites at an exposed piece of metal or wood. In a complete, catlike state, he makes this attack, and then hops backwards, waiting for the warforged to make their move.
Khoros Spear Attack and Damage; Bite attack and damage (1d20+5=17, 1d8+6=9, 1d20=18, 1d6+2=8)
OOC: Taking a five foot step backwards after his action. Also, remember that Khoros can fight at negative HP when he's shifting, should it come to that.

Holy Sovreigns. That was unexpected. Mardigan turns to his left and right and then grabs a wide smile and shouts CHARGE!!
Mardigan draws his flail and charges at the Warforged, attempting to trip him.
