OOC: I'm a bit confused where Khoros is. But, really, his tactic is simple. Khoros will tumble away, and move into a position to attack the same warforged Mardigan is on.
He'll then attack with his spear, and make a bite attack.

Tumble Check; Spear Attack; Spear Damage+Skirmish Damage; Bite Attack; Bite Damage + Skirmish Damage (1d20+7=16, 1d20+5=8, 1d8+6=12, 1d6=2, 1d20=4, 2d6+2=9)

Or, in plain terms:
Tumble Check = 16. Khoros moves at least 10 feet to get skirmish damage.
Spear Attack = 8. Probably a miss. ( Too bad, it would've been 14 dmg!)
Bite Attack = 4. Also probably a miss.

4 rounds remain after this action.
Khoros can fight at negative hp while raging.

Warforged Surprise (Round 3)

Kenn makes a cutting remark, and tries to use the glaive again. This time he is more successful, and slashes what remains of limping warforged's wooden bundles. It collapses in a heap, a foul stench coming from it. [W1 destroyed]

Mindlessly repeating what it did before, the armblade warforged attempts to stand. The flail thumps into its plating, which deadens the blow from the blunt weapon. [4hp after DR] But it is having more difficulty swinging, and the armblade goes wide. Ducking under it, the Orien scion manages to wrap the flail around one of its legs again, but it just manages to keep upright this time! [Touch attack hits, trip check fails]

Khoros weaves behind the warforged, but does not manage to defeat its defenses. However, Kuther's magic missle and a quick strike by Rio topple the 'forged over.

End Combat

The 'forged reek, and on closer inspection it seems everything about them is wrong... their wooden fibers are rotten, much of their plating is weak in places. Its is as if they were... sick. But that cannot be.

Khoros looks at his wound as he shifts back to his current form. "Ouch."

his nose burns at the smell of the 'forged, and he avoids their presence as much as possible, while searching the area nearby for tracks.

Khoros finds more lumbering tracks, now clearly warforged, heading towards the ruin in the distance.

Kuther's studies included some on the new warforged and the theory of there creation. Supposedly, there were infused with life somehow but are particually hard to destroy permanently; usually they just become inert. But there is something wrong with these ones. On further inspection, he notes that both of them have their ghulra---the unique rune on a warforged's head---defaced, almost destroyed.

Kenn frowns.
"Leave it to the Karnathi to find something disturbing to do with warforged."
He looks at the bits of warforged uneasily.
"So how do we keep an undead warforged in their grave? Fill their mouths with sacramental gears and bury them face down?"

The House Orien scion looks at the warforged and sighs. Well Kenn, I'd say we're in trouble.

He puts his chains away and begins walking towards the cart. Let's get the Dollurh outta Sharn and complete the job.

According to Khoros, the most direct path is north, in the direction near the ruin where these warforged seem to be coming from.

So, go around or through?
