Bounding Assault & Rapid Blitz for Ranged

First Post
In PHB II the feats Bounding Assault and Rapid Blitz allow you make a 2nd and 3rd attack with Spring Attack.

My question is this: Does anyone see a problem with creating 2 feats that would allow the same for Shot on the Run? Simply replace the Spring Attack requirement with Shot on the Run? Would they be unbalanced?

Also, not as important, but what would you call them?

I dont see a real requirement, i mean how often do archers need to move before AND after shooting?
I was thinking more along the lines of a Scout. To get skirmish damage on multiple attacks per round.

Wouldn't shot on the run combined with manyshot do this? Add in Greater Manyshot if you want precision damage too.
But wouldn't it be nice to use manyshot on multiple attacks per round. I.e. 2 (or 3) attacks with 2 arrows each? And if you have skirmish, add skirmish damage to each arrow?

Either (rarely) to move around a corner, shoot, and then move out or possibly to move a rogue, scout etc. within 30' and then out again.

Check out Fat Daddy's other thread for lots of ways to get skirmish damage multiple times per round. Takes a bit of effort, but very possible.

Manyshot is a standard action to use. You can't combine manyshot with a full attack even if you are standing still.

I thought skirmish damage was specifically designed so you couldnt get it multiple times a round?
Complete Adventurer page 12:
Skirmish (Ex)A scout relies on on mobility to deal extra damage and improve her defense. She deals an extra 1d6 points of damage on ALL attacks she makes during any round in which she moves at least 10 feet (errata states 10 feet away from where she started her turn) The extra damage applies only to attacks made during the scout's turn.
So while it wouldn't apply to say, AoO. It does apply to every attack she makes that round.
