Eanos, human monk

Someone said:
"I regret any harm I may have caused you with the alchemical vitriol" says Odno. "But it looked like I could burn them without affecting you. In any case, I wonder what may have impelled the rats to attack us."

ooc: As soon everyone is ready, Odno will inspect the well.

Eanos grimaces at his arm, where he's sporting several bites.

"Your acid did far less harm to me than the rats did, and it did more harm to the rats themselves. No need to apologize, Odno." He turns to Aletheia, bowing his head. "I do think I could use a touch from the wand, though, lady, if you don't mind."

ooc: It'd be better if you roll your own CLW spell, since Rystil is in Japan right now. We can deal with the accounting of the charges spent later, since right now it's unlikely it'll become a problem (being an almost fully charged wand and all)

"Just an ordinary well, filled with water and sporting all the characteristics of a regular well. There lies our hopes of finding the right spot - we must continue searching the forest."

OOC: Done. Eanos is healed for 7 pts.

(OOC: The search reveals nothing special about the well? Okey dokey)

"Well then, is everyone feeling better? Once we're healed up, let us be on our way...those rats were unnatural...possessed of demonic power. We should continue down the road and away from this place. Perhaps deeper in the sanctum, the demonic presence will be held at bay, Valessa willing."

ooc: It was not a big searching effort, but on the other hand, there is litle more to see at the well. All agree to continue down the road?

Quarion Holimion, Elven Druid 3 (HP: 17/17, AC: 18)

Quarion will also take a use of the wand. He is healed (1d8+1=6) of all damage. While they inspect the well, the earth elemental dives back into the ground where it came and settles down, quivering at first and then still again. Quarion whistles for his wolf. Once Garma comes bounding out of the woods, Quarion has a few harsh words with him for being absent in a time of danger. Garma somehow looks apologetic and stays very near his elven friend, growling even when Quarion's companions come near.

He will take a glance around the area, searching for something out of the ordinary or a place to explore, but he soon suggests that the party move onward.

OOC: I forgot about Garma during the battle. For the record, bites deal bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.

In one of the other ruins you see the skeletal remains of two humanoids. By the looks of thier clothes and equipemnt they might be adventurers of some kind, like you.
