Sorry again for the delay. I had a bunch of catching up to do after taking the other day off work.
[/sblock]

The ragged wraith crumbles under Dextyr's scorn, but reappears an instant later, dancing back and forth in a taunt of its own. It whirls and speeds through the air towards Mikara, alone on top of the rock, but she ducks out of the way of its grasping shadows.

As Tristan turns his regard on the Specter, it stares at him with chilling eyes and fades away, the eyes lingering for a second like an afterimage. The cold chill slowly fades, but the prickle on his neck tells him that it still lurks somewhere nearby.

The necromancer cries out as Blade's axe strikes him. "No you don't!" he cries. "I know all your tricks!" He backs away a few steps up the trail and lowers his staff towards Blade, daring him to make a move.

[sblock=Status]
Tonk misses the Wraith with an OA. Dextyr hits it for 4.
Tonk misses the Specter with an OA. Dextyr hits it for 2.

Mikara misses the Specter with Twin Strike, but makes her save vs. immobilize.

Tristan uses Bond of Pursuit to shift to F11, kills the Wraith, and moves to F13 and puts his OoE on the Specter. Dextyr uses Virtue of Valor to give him 4 thp.

Blade puts his OoE on the Necromancer, moves to L19, and hits the Necromancer with Avenging Echo for 18, bloodying him.

Dextyr stands, shifts to G12 and uses Majestic Word to give Tonk 10 hp and slide him to F12. Then he uses an AP to kill the Wisp Wraith. The necromancer uses Reanimate as an immediate reaction to revive it.

Tonk stands, picks up his mace, and uses Second Wind to regain 6 hp (he's still bloodied, though). He makes his save vs weakness.

The Specter's Spectral Barrage recharges: Recharge Spectral Barrage (1d6=5) It becomes invisible (standard action) and moves away. Tristan gets no OA because it's invisible. It makes a Stealth check: Stealth (1d20+9+5=25) You need to beat this with your passive Perception to be able to tell what square it's in, or you can spend a Minor action to make a roll. You can guess what square it's at and attack a square if you don't know where it is. You do know that nobody is in range of its Spectral Chill (1 square aura).

[sblock=Perception 25]
It's at E12, but 10' in the air (2 squares above the ground).
[/sblock]

The Wisp Wraith charges to K9 and attacks Mikara: Shadow Caress vs Mikara (targets Reflex, +1 for charging) (1d20+4+1=13) Miss.

The Necromancer's Horrific Visage does not recharge, but Reanimate does: Recharge Horrific Visage (1d6=1) Recharge Reanimate (1d6=6). He shifts to N19 and readies an action.

Your turns!

Mikara at L8 (11/24 hp)
Tristan at F13 (22/28 hp + 4 thp, OoE on Specter)
Blade at L19 (29/29 hp, OoE on Necromancer, any enemy that ends its turn adjacent or hits or misses Blade takes 9 radiant, +5 to Athletics, +2 to speed, +2 to damage with melee attacks)
Dextyr at G12 (19/28 hp)
Tonk at F12 (12/24 hp thp, +2 to all defenses until next turn)

Blade will not be turned aside by petty threats and trusts in Maros' radiant protection. He moves forward, accepting whatever ill the necromancer has planned. The deva calls upon his infinite knowledge and swings his axe down, drawing another wound on the evil spellcaster.

As Blade approaches, the Necromancer lunges forward and taps him with the end of his staff. It does no damage, but a wave of purple energy washes over him and forms into rings constricting his arms and legs.

Fortunately Blade is able to hit him before the energy closes down. The Necromancer seems surprised by this, and even more surprised by the retaliating flash of light that burns him.

[sblock=OOC]
Damn, I thought it was start of turn. I guess his 30 Religion didn't give tell him as much as he thought.

Since the wraith is out of the Necromancer's 5-square range, it dies permenantly this time.

The necromancer uses his readied action to attack with the Staff of Death: Staff of Death vs Blade (1d20+9=24, 1d6=3) 3 necrotic damage and Blade is immobilized (save ends).

Tristan hurriedly searches for the spectre, but can't find any evidence of it. "You can't hide forever!" His smile falling a little, but not completely, he dashes off into the trees, trying to stay out of sight as he readies to pounce on the spectre at his first opportunity.
[sblock=OOC]Minor: Perception (1d20+11=16) *sigh*
Move: to J16 and Stealth (1d20+11-5=11). Another 5? Isn't that nice.

Standard: ready an action; if the spectre is revealed (becomes visible or is pointed out by someone else) and is close enough to get adjacent to with a 5 square shift, attack it with angelic alacrity: 1d20+8=14, 1d20+8=27, 2d12+5+6=10. 27 vs. AC for 16 damage. (The roll doesn't include the +6 damage bonus from censure of pursuit, because I forgot it.)

Y'know, it's like elves and pursuing avengers were made to be together. These multi-square free shifts are awesome in this terrain :)[/sblock]

Yeah, end of his turn.

Man, that was a useless move.

EDIT: I just counted up the numbers. That was worse than useless, it was suicidal.

Tonk looks around. (Minor: Perception Check (1d20+7=8))

"Hmph."

"Ah-hah! There you is!"

Tonk charges the necromancer. (Standard Action: CHARGE! v. AC (1d20+6+1=9, 1d8+4+1=10))

And misses.
